ivy was born in the philippines and grew up in molde, and with tabuno she shares her love letter to both places she calls home.

through food, atmosphere, and hospitality, ivy wants to tell her own story: one shaped by both the raw nature of norway’s west coast and the deep traditions of filipino cuisine.

at tabuno, modern filipino culinary heritage meets local ingredients and simple, nordic expressions. right in the emerging food and culture district of oslobukta, tabuno is a stage for unique taste experiences, inspired by personal heritage and global curiosity.

ivy gives her guests a chance to experience the meeting of two cultures at tabuno, blending filipino heritage with norwegian ingredients and contemporary techniques, creating dishes that connect tradition with the modern.
